For anyone who doesn’t alreay use it, the alerts button can save you a lot of time. When it lights up red, this button shows you have new requests to approve for leave or expenses, or new timesheets have been submitted by your team.
It is then simple to approve these: click on the alerts button, then on the requests you want to look at, check whether they should be approved, then tick the box to approve them. If it’s a leave request, the member of staff will then get an email reply automatically, whether they’re in or out of the office.
All done in a matter of seconds. Simples!
